Ghen plans and projects short, mid, and long-term budgets and cash flow and design initiatives in line with budgetary goals, and oversees the creation and long term adherence to company process and procedure. His responsibilities include the building of company staff through recruitment and hiring, acquisition of new clients, overseeing the management of those clients, maximization of revenue from those relationships, maintenance of knowledge of current industry trends and advancements, and the shaping of future company initiatives, projects and goals. With a Bachelors and Masters of Science (thesis in process) degrees from the University of Miami, Ghen brings a high level of analytical and engineering expertise to iCan. He came to iCan from the Cordis Corporation, a Johnson & Johnson Company, having served there as Senior Research & Development Quality Engineer in the Endovascular Division, Product Efficiency and Transfer Engineer, and Receiving Inspection Supervisor. He is also a certified Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt; Johnson & Johnson.
