Diane comes to iCan with over 35 years of experience in managerial and financial accounting, banking relations, operations design and analysis. She is a Florida-licensed Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and Finance, as well as, a Masters degree in Accounting. She has worked across a broad range of industries, specializing in building rapid growth companies and restructuring stalled organizations utilizing her expertise and knowledge in systems development and capitalization. As CFO, Diane combines her advanced technical knowledge and broad business experience to guide the company’s capital efficient, profitable growth. Diane maintains an active Florida insurance license.
