Pat Lewandowski

Human Resources and Payroll

Pat manages the Human Resources and Payroll Department. She is responsible for all employee-employer relations at iCan including counseling. Pat assists and provides guidance to all department heads with management and disciplinary strategies, recruiting, coaching, motivating, and budgeting. During her tenure here at iCan she finds her position very rewarding working with the managers and employees in a nurturing environment.
