Licensing and Appointments

Francine handles iCan’s agent licensing and insurance carrier appointments. She is responsible for guiding new hires through the state mandated process to become a licensed individual insurance producers; as well as, managing their appointments with the multiple carriers that we promote. Francine also handles non-resident licensing for all agents, entities and executives. She monitors compliance and continuing education requirements and renewals for the fifty state (plus DC) departments of insurance. Francine comes to iCan after attending Mercer University in Georgia where she pursued her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a Minor Degree in Special Education.
