Tom is essential in the implementation of new business processes and technologies with a focus on project management and process analysis. He comes to iCan with a Bachelors of Science and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Florida. His specialization in Supply Chain Management and Logistics while obtaining these degrees, provides him with the technical background needed to effectively manage daily business operations and ensure efficiency across all of the business areas, while focusing on continuous process improvement. Prior to joining the iCan Team, Tom was engaged in purchasing and project management for several large residential builders, where he developed and refined his analytical and management skills. Tom’s innovative approach to telephony solutions, technology integration, and fulfillment development and distribution provide creative value to the iCan Team.
