Victor is responsible for investor/partner relations, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and serves as external auditor liaison. He also participates in numerous multidisciplinary projects, including software implementation, process design and review, accounting policies review, and financial reporting package design and implementation. He holds a degree in Public Accountancy from the Central University UCV in Caracas, Venezuela and a master degree in International Taxation from the Metropolitan University UNIMET in Caracas, Venezuela. Victor also holds a Venezuela CPA Certification, Miranda State, Venezuela, and an American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) International Associate. He has participated in numerous accounting, tax and treasury-related seminars and management development programs, including several high-level programs sponsored by Enron and Pennzoil Oil Corporation. He has served as Senior Auditor of KPMG, Venezuela (Gillett/Oral-B/Braun, PDVSA, Frito-Lay, New Zealand Milk, Banking, Entertainment and Telecom), Treasury and Budget Manager of Pennzoil Oil Corporation JV with Venezuelan Petroleum PDVSA, Corporate Accounting Manager of Enron, Venezuelan Division, and Finance and Budget Manager for Oriole Homes.
