Ed is responsible for overseeing the Member Services Department, including provider relations, member eligibility, provider searches, review of and response to questions concerning member benefits, outbound concierge calls, and quality assurance. He is also responsible for the Patient Advocacy Team, which assists members in arranging for cost-effective medical procedures and negotiating lower prices on the behalf of members. Ed comes to us with extensive experience in sales and customer service, having spent years in both the garment and diamond industries.
